I happened to stumble upon this while actually walking to soul cafe, decided to take a chance and what an amazing decision that was. I had the Thali special and it was incredible. Not only the food, but also the people that walk in as well! Its like everyone is on a similar wavelength, ended up chatting with the people next to me for like an hour after I had already finished my meal!
