Thai Pot Rice: The Thai Pot Rice was my favorite dish. The rice was cooked perfectly and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. The sauce was also flavorful and not too spicy. Mongolian Pot Rice: The Mongolian Pot Rice was also good. The rice was cooked perfectly and the meat was tender and flavorful. The sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste, but overall, it was a good dish. Garlic Butter Chicken: The Garlic Butter Chicken was a bit of a disappointment. The chicken was dry and overcooked. The garlic butter sauce was also a bit bland. Overall, I had a mixed experience at Ching Asia Vile Parle. The rice dishes were good, but the starter was disappointing.
