Yesterday we visited Black Bull Café in Andheri East, Mumbai, and it turned out to be one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. The waiters — Sushant and Ravi — along with their manager, were extremely rude. Their behaviour towards the girls in our group was harsh, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. It genuinely made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. To make it worse, they didn’t follow the terms and conditions of the offer they initially showed us. Suddenly they said the offer wasn’t valid “after a certain time,” without informing us beforehand. No clarity, no communication — just zero accountability. A lot of us depend on offers through Zomato/Swiggy or other platforms, and restaurants have a responsibility to communicate things clearly. Guests shouldn’t be misled or find out the truth only after the bill arrives. Sharing this because people should be aware before visiting. If you still choose to go, double-check all T&Cs before entering, because this place clearly doesn’t care about transparency or customer experience. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
