Chinese food is all over, On every Street, on every road, on every corner. It is actually a tough job to distinct oneself if you are set to penetrate into the food business with Chinese in your mind.
The D Block market in sector 27, Noida houses many small eateries and one of them have dared to specialize in Chinese. They have aptly named themselves China Hot Pot and they serve you everything Chinese that you can think of. They have the usual fried rice, rolls, chowmin etc. They have included, soups and starters in their menu as well.
In order to gain an advantage over others, they have Momos, thupka, pastas, Shawarma as well. So yes, they have variety and their menu can get you in a fix.
Coming to the food, their Chinese is good but their lemon chicken is delicious. Have tried very few items overall. The ambience of the place is nothing to talk about. They have seating arrangement for around 15 people and it is actually a big deal. The ambience feels like the usual Street food joints but having a name like this, they could have done with a better ambience at least.
Areas where China Hot Pot works is, they serve you fresh hot food prepared right before your eyes. The quantity of the food is enormous. A half of any of the dish will be enough for two. Their pricing too is perfect. It's way within the budget for everyone including those with tight pockets.

Note : China Hot Pot have variety and the quantity is way beyond satisfying. They should have made attempts to work on ambience and on service as well. Worth a visit especially if you want Chinese or if you have cash issues.
