Cafe 18 has a decent ambience and the place itself is nice to spend time, but the food experience was average for me. The main issue was that the menu felt overpriced compared to the portion size and overall taste. On top of that, many dishes were too spicy, to the point where it overpowered the actual flavor of the food. If they balance the spice levels and improve value for money, the experience could be much better. Right now, it feels like a place with potential but not fully worth the price.
