Forced us to give a review before we left the place. Wasn't gonna give a rating/review at all, but now that she kinda forced me to, I might as well share my thoughts. *They don't have a restroom/handwash. idk what they were thinking while planning the interiors. Just because there's a mall or something nearby, customers are supposed to go use the washroom there. *For drinking water, they give plastic glasses. Felt like an insult. Compared to the great ambience, the amazing lights and the interiors, these plastic glasses just don't go with it. I've been to other Zoca Cafes too. They give you water in normal transparent glass tumblers made of GLASS, like how normal food joints do. *idk what these guys get by including 10% service charge in the bill. Markups are already high enough on the food. I had to ask the waiter to remove the ₹104 service charge on top of the ₹1093 bill. He did remove it and gave me a revised bill, but I definitely felt offended by the fact that if I had not paid attention, they would have overcharged us. Cheap tactics. What did they get? A bad name in our books. *Food is good. The only reason it's good is because the franchisor is very strict when it comes to the recipe and the ingredients. Apparently, "the franchisee isn't allowed to change anything, not even the olive oil." Her words, not mine. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200
