I have been a pretty regular customer of Chilli's from like 2019 or so.It's my favourite place to dine and chill, I love the boiled corn cobs and chilled beer, the chicken wings, and the amazing chilled minty melon mocktail. I have never been disappointed by this place ever except for today. It's the early hours of Sunday 31st August, 2025, around 1'ish or so, me and my husband arrive, and the Usher "Ms. Sapna" ushered us our way in to a table on the left of the entry door, right next to a cutlery cabinet & a dustbin, which we politely declined.She went on to show us OUT, yes!! WAY OUT!! Saying that the entire place was booked/occupied.The tables on the right side of the entry door were ALL empty, we came back to ask and again it was a NO, reason this time- its place for 21 people. So we asked "can we wait?" and again it was a NO!! I want to know where in the right mind you SHOO away the customer, only because we asked for a different table for two? Do you get 21 people together to sit in on go?We were not allowed to wait, please note that there was absolutely no one there at that time in the waiting line.If there's a rush in a place ALWAYS, ALWAYS, usher writes down the mobile number, gives you the waiting time and then calls you on your turn but NO, Ms. Sapna carried immense grudges for rejecting a table of her choice. Now, we went to Cafe Delhi Heights right next to it but I couldn't bear this bad manners, so I alone went back to Chili's to speak to the manager. While waiting for the manager, now I see many people being escorted to that 21 seating area, which is now available (for just 2 people like us) within just after 10 mins of shooing us away. The manager came and listened through the ordeal, and just like that with a click he said we can get a table. The whole scene changed within 10 mins. The lady Ms. Sapna is now pissed and says "Kya hua, kya hua" (having amnesia, or a stroke). That's it!! Nothing!! The manager apologized, asked me to come in but Ms. Sapna...Nope!! It's such a shameful act and so bad, that because of people like Sapna, customers are turned away filled with bad experiences.
