Very poor service and a highly disappointing experience. When I arrived, there were more than 20 pieces of chicken already kept on their counter/table. Still, we were told the waiting time would be 15 minutes. Even after 15 minutes, the food was not served. Only when I went and asked after 20 minutes, they finally gave the order — taken from the same stock that was already available from the beginning. If the food was already ready, there was absolutely no reason to delay the order. The delay felt intentional and completely unnecessary, showing a lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time. Order taken at 2:14 PM and food given only around 2:40 PM. Keeping customers hungry and waiting without proper explanation is unacceptable. I will never visit this outlet again and will not recommend it to anyone. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Chicking. Service: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600
