The recipe for success of this restaurant is its nicely cooked fried chicken, fried chicken burgers and pizza. Food delivery is a big benefit of Chicking. A lot of reviewers think that the staff is appealing here. Enjoyable service is something that people note in their comments. But guests rate this place below average on Google.

19/05/2026 9PM Terrible customer service and dishonest staff. I visited the Gokulam Mall outlet looking to order, but the staff flatly told me "no chicken, it's finished." Because of this, I went to Chickos nearby instead. While sitting there and eating my meal, I looked over and saw the Chicking staff actively serving fried chicken to other customers who came after me. Whether the staff was just being lazy or couldn't bother to tell me a new batch was cooking, lying to a customer and turning them away is completely unprofessional. Very poor attitude. Service: 1

Very disappointing experience at Chickeing, Gokulam Mall, Kozhikode. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made us feel unwelcome throughout our visit. On top of that, the waiting time was far too long, even though the restaurant was not excessively crowded. Good customer service is just as important as good food, and unfortunately this place failed in that regard. The management should seriously work on staff training and improve service efficiency. I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
