Worst experience. I placed an order on 31-12-2025 at 5:20 PM through the KFC app, but there was no update until the morning of 01-01-2026. The order was neither delivered nor cancelled and kept showing “Order Received” with no explanation. If KFC couldn’t deliver the order, they should have cancelled it themselves. There has been no update about the refund either. I contacted customer support, and they said someone would call me, but no one has contacted me yet. How long should a customer wait? Who is responsible for the wasted time and money? Service: Delivery Meal type: Other
