This café, possibly one of the oldest and few colonial-era spots in Yercaud, unfortunately falls short when it comes to service. The staff's arrogance and lack of courtesy are not what any guest should have to deal with. Personally, our visit ended abruptly as we chose to leave without ordering due to the poor treatment. Running a café comes with the responsibility of valuing your customers, and that seemed completely overlooked here. While the steady flow of tourists might keep them afloat, a place of such historic significance should strive to offer much better service. This place might be the oldest and one of few colonial places in yarcaud, but the service of the cafe is very bad. The snobbish attitude with the rude behaviour is something as a customer you never want. I don't know about other people but we had to return without having anything because of the service. If you have a cafe then first know how to serve customers. Yes they may not need the cafe service with all the other tourist visits they have, but from such a high esteemed place, such derogatory service is not expected. Service: 1
