This café, possibly one of the oldest and few colonial-era spots in Yercaud, unfortunately falls short when it comes to service. The staff's arrogance and lack of courtesy are not what any guest should have to deal with. Personally, our visit ended abruptly as we chose to leave without ordering due to the poor treatment. Running a café comes with the responsibility of valuing your customers, and that seemed completely overlooked here. While the steady flow of tourists might keep them afloat, a place of such historic significance should strive to offer much better service.
