Good hospitality and room service. Infinity pool is a must try aspect of this hotel.Bit overpriced even during off season. Suggestion- Avoid booking balcony rooms as there are monkeys that roam around the balcony. Hotel should avoid charging extra for balcony rooms as mostly it would not be usable. Prefer this for luxury and relaxing stay. Suitable both for couples and families. Service: 5

The resort is located very near to the Yercaud lake. It has sunrise view point, sunset view point as located on the hill top. I felt we don't have to go out much and spend quality time at resort itself. Caretakers and housekeeping personnel are well trained and warm. They have four restaurants, we could explore 2. Overall we had great family time. Service: 5

My stay at this hotel has been exceptional, having visited three times now. The staff is incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to fulfill my request for a birthday decoration that turned out beautifully. I also needed a cake on short notice and asked the chef at 9 PM; they quickly whipped up something delicious. The food across the board is outstanding, and the infinity pool adds a magical touch to the experience. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel destination for a pleasant getaway. Service: 5
