Want to call out the excellent customer service offered by store manager Ravi and employee Sridhar at the DSL Mall branch. Ordered Chicken Rice Bowl and Extra bowl of Guacamole through Swiggy on 03-Jun. Accidentally the Guacamole had way too much salt and was not edible. When reached out to the store they acknowledged the issue and offered to replace both the dishes at any day of my choosing. Got them yesterday 07-Jun at no charge. Kudos to the team for ensuring high customer satisfaction! Service: Delivery Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
