Mai Ki Rasoi offers a mixed experience. The Aloo Paratha was a definite highlight, perfectly cooked and flavorful. However, the Makki ki Roti with Sarso ka Saag was disappointing. The saag suffered from an overpowering amount of onion, masking other flavors. Overall, a 4/5 experience, with some hits and misses. Worth a visit for the paratha, but the saag needs improvement.
