No one offers a menu. No one asks if you need any beverages. They point to buffet and say go and start getting your food. Weird for a five star place. Only after a manager intervened, things improved. Good quality below average. Dessert collection in buffet terrible! Only good thing was the draught beer…

Disappointing Experience at Verandah - The ParkI recently visited Verandah - The Park for their lunch buffet, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The quality of the food was far below expectations. The cakes had a stale smell, and the cheese in the pizza was smelling bad. The red pasta tasted like it was made with just ketchup instead of a proper sauce. While they are offering a 50% discount, it seems to come at the cost of food quality. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their standards.
