I was very disappointed by the hygiene conditions at Minerva Coffee Shop, a reputed establishment in Hyderabad. I found an insect in the sambar and noticed the kitchen staff were not adhering to FSSAI guidelines, as they were not wearing gloves or head coverings. This raises serious concerns about food safety and cleanliness. While the manager apologized, it doesn’t address the issue. It's troubling that a restaurant with such a strong reputation neglects the hygiene and safety of its consumers. This is unacceptable. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1
