Worst experience. Cake was delivered 1.5 hours late, with no communication around the delay or reason. I could not celebrate my son’s first birthday party as planned as the cake did not arrive on time. They are unprofessional with no mechanism or backup process in place to continue fulfiling customer orders in the case of internal issues or emergencies. I would not recommend this to anyone else.
