Today we had arranged a team dinner, and honestly, based on the service experience, I don’t think I would visit again. I’ve been to many star hotels, but I felt the service and hospitality here were quite biased and below expectations. The restaurant felt crowded due to an event, and when we requested a dedicated space, the response was very lethargic. Even basic things like refilling water required repeated follow-ups. The final issue came during billing, which made the overall experience quite disappointing. We had booked our slot through the app at a negotiated price, but when it was time to pay, we were told that the app price wasn’t valid. The price shown on the app also differed from the in-restaurant pricing, creating a lot of confusion. Eventually, we had to accept what the restaurant insisted on. I have never faced such a stressful situation after what was otherwise a nice dinner with the team. I understand there may have been some miscommunication, but the restaurant’s clarity right from booking to billing was lacking.
