Today I buy butterscotch cake from cake factory offline its very bad in taste and smell was coming very bad from the cake I guess it was basi cake ,they don't keep fresh stock,I will never go aagain it was very bad experience,. Food: 1 Service: 5

I ordered a customized cake from Cake Factory, Nerul (W), but it didn’t turn out as per my instructions. Unfortunately, this has happened twice over the past couple of years. It seems they don’t pay enough attention to customization details. I would not recommend this place for customized cakes. Service: 1

The ambience is good and nice, the staffs are polite. I love having donuts and cake here, their puffs aren't that good honestly but yes their donuts and cakes are reasonable and yummy. For every occasion I purchase cake from here and sometimes to fulfill sweet cravings too.
