Staff behaviour was rude, was not aware about the prices, was not mentioning a fix price even though she was confused as she newly joined the attitude was not good. Not at all humble. Spoke very rudely at least if not apologetic can be soft spoken. 1st time experienced such instance in this shop, as we often buy brownies pastries from here. Also to add on, the owner is very sweet and nice but we won't be preferring to visit due to the management. FYI - this is a gaming I'd not any fake id.
