The food here is genuinely good — no complaints about the taste or quality.The staff seemed more interested in chatting with their friends than attending to customers. There was a clear lack of professionalism — slow response, visible attitude, and even a sense of partiality in the way they served people. It’s really disappointing when a place with potential loses its charm because of poor customer service. Definitely expected better. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The food here was good. I had a very disappointing experience here. I ordered a food, paid for it, and stepped out to a nearby shop. While I was returning to my Place,one of the staff stopped me in the middle of the street in front of everyone, questioning whether I had paid or not — without checking their system or confirming internally. The mistake was entirely on their side, yet I was treated like I had done something wrong. I had to show my transaction history on the spot just to prove that I had already paid. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of their fault — only rude, disrespectful behaviour. They clearly lack basic manners and customer service etiquette. The overall attitude was lethargic, and they even behaved unprofessionally. To make it worse, the service was extremely slow, they took too long to take the order, and their expressions made it seem like customers were irritating them. Not at all recommended. There are far better places where you’ll be treated with respect and get decent service. Food: 4 Atmosphere: 2
