I had ordered a waffle online and there was a small miss in the order initially. However, I really appreciate how the team took full responsibility and personally delivered the missing items to my home. It was a thoughtful gesture and showed their commitment to good service and hospitality. Thank you for making it right — the waffle was delicious too!
