Always a great outing at Cafe Rome. Been here 3 times now and had a great time on each visit. The staff are extremely good and very professional, noticing the smallest of things around the customers. The music is at a decent volume, and even if you are sitting near the box, you can still hear the other person talk. The food was absolutely great this time. Their feta watermelon salad is a treat during the summer. It's fresh, vibrant, sweet and salty all at the same time. Really wish they could have de-seeded the watermelon pieces, would have made the experience even better. The Polli Grigliata was great as well, especially with their mushrooms on the side and the mashes potatoes (a winner!). Again, they mentioned sauteed beans and asparagus on the menu with it, but it wasn't there. Would have liked to be informed. The Chicken Parmigiana was the winner probably. Tangy tomato sauce, the right amount of cheese and a nice crisp chicken. Went really well with the spaghetti. Overall, a great afternoon lunch but just a few misses here and there.
