The coffee was really bad and it was not sweet at all how it usually is. The quantity was only 3/4th of the size of the cup. Do we pay so much money for such a mediocre product?

Cafe Coffee Day may have a good reputation for coffee and ambiance, but my recent experience was disappointing. While the coffee was fine, the overall quality needs serious improvement. The food was below average — small portions and inconsistent freshness, especially with items like croissants and sandwiches. On top of that, the seating area was poorly maintained, with dirty tables that made it uncomfortable to sit. To make matters worse, I even noticed mice roaming around inside the Cafe, which raises serious hygiene concerns. For a brand like CCD, customers expect better. I really hope they take these issues seriously and work on improving food quality, cleanliness, and maintenance. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
