Extremely random staff, doesn't listen to the order. No bill is provided here. I have ordered a medium cappuchino and i recieve the largest mug of coffee possible. Try to avoid this store at all costs. This is my first visit to starbucks cafe in 3 yrs and its clear to me now why they are failing in india. Service: 1 Price per person: ₹200–400

This place is the best Starbucks outlet I have visited in Bangalore Central and what makes it special is barista Nanjunda! 10 stars to this gentleman for his service above & beyond the norm, with an ever present smile to greet all patrons. He embodies the human spirit, goes the whole 10 yards to help anyone in need, something that is missing in the hustle culture that mostly rules the world we live in today. He doesn’t just provide excellent customer service but will help you if your phone runs out of charge (has happened to me when I forget to carry my chargers), today he astounded me by extending a helping hand when I just asked a question about something. No questions asked and something I never expected! Starbucks Management if you are reading this, please reward him not for his performance but as a true representative of your company culture and basic human nature.
