Visited Calicut Cafe and ordered a Shawaya Biriyani. Since we regularly visit the restaurant and enjoy the taste, we knew that extra rice costs ₹80. However, when we asked for extra rice, the waiter’s attitude and behavior were unpleasant, as if we were asking for it for free. It’s really sad to experience such unprofessional behavior from the staff of a restaurant we genuinely like and visit often. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
