The worst ever hotel experience so far- I used to stay at the Anand Hotel whenever I travelled to Kottayam. In fact I think of it as a second home. The front desk clerk picked up the argument, started yelling at me and eventually asked me to leave the hotel because he is so prejudiced, rude impolite and premeditated. I had to cut short my trip to Kerala due to that staff member's lack of professionalism.
