We had a pathetic experience last Friday 26th dec. I am a regular customer here for shin ramyun and spicy dry veg ramen. I came along with my 2 other friends for a celebration and while having 2 ramyun i asked one of the staff members to repeat shin ramyun and also to fill the siders as they were emptied after 2 ramyun by 3 people. After almost 20 mins the another member came just to say the ramyun order was not taken before so tell me if you want it. It was surprising but because i love the taste and that day I didn’t see staff attending customers i said it’s okay please make it now. I also politely asked for a sprouts refill After which the staff very rudely said we don’t give it you have to pay extra 25 for each refill. I was shocked as every time i visit there I don’t experience this. I also told the staff generously that we are 3 people and if we were on different tables with 3 different ramyuns you would have served us so please consider it and do the needful. The staff member very rudely said i will not do that now it is one order placed from kitchen and it’s your choice now if you want the 3rd ramyun. This was a pathetic experience of my lifetime. Even though those people forgot to make my one order this was their behaviour. I even didn’t get any counter person to take feedbacks that day. I will highly not recommend this restaurant as the basic sense of serving people is not there and why would you spend your money at a place which is not only having rude staff but delayed poor service. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by a cozy and welcoming vibe, enhanced by the beautiful lake view. It’s the perfect setting for a relaxed meal. The food is incredibly authentic and delicious, but what truly sets this place apart is the staff. They are genuinely knowledgeable about the dishes and their ingredients, and they offer fantastic, personalized suggestions based on your taste. This kind of thoughtful service makes the dining experience so much better. Adding to the experience, they also serve alcohol, including genuine Korean Soju and Sake. I loved the variety of seating arrangements, with both traditional table seating and the charming Korean-style floor seating. It all contributes to the feeling of being transported to Korea. Busan is definitely a must-visit for its delicious food, impeccable service, and wonderful atmosphere!
