After 8 Years, Still a Letdown — Revamp Only in Looks, Not in Soul Visited again after months on Christmas — the place has changed visually but still fails where it matters: food and service. Service: We had a confirmed booking for table 15, but upstairs there was zero staff to assist. We were left standing until we sat on a random table ourselves — only to be rudely told we couldn’t sit there. That’s how the evening began. They also force a 10% service charge, which is nothing but legalised extortion. Tip should be optional, not mandatory. Food: The new menu is confusing — can’t tell veg from non-veg. They’ve removed crowd-favorites like the variety of baos and replaced them with odd new items. Even basics like pizza are off the menu — but still served if you specifically ask. Makes no sense. The place might look new, but the experience feels stale. A true revamp needs more than décor — it needs respect for guests and a menu that works.
