Last Friday, we went to Thiruvananthapuram, and before taking the train in the afternoon, we asked an auto driver to take us to a good restaurant that serves mandi. He took us to Burj Al Mandi Restaurant, Attakulangara. We ordered half Jalikaetu Mandi and two shakes. The food was amazing—rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. But what really stood out was the service. The staff were quick and attentive. If anything fell on the floor, they cleaned it up within seconds. They even refilled the rice ,mayonnaise,water and tomato chutney without us having to ask. I’ve visited many mandi restaurants in different places, but this one truly impressed me. Maybe it was the great service that made the difference, but the food itself was also genuinely good. Definitely a place worth visiting again. I would leave zero star. Did not receive full order.and they failed to refund. Very bad experience.
