Very disappointing experience at Zam Zam Hotel. We ordered 2 Blockbuster Shawai Mandi and 1 Shawai with Porotta. The quantity of mandi was shockingly low — not even enough for a child, served in what looked like a quarter curry plate. The shawai itself was undercooked and lacked proper flavor. We tried reaching out to the restaurant through the contact number provided, but it was not reachable. This kind of service feels like a scam, especially from a place that’s well-known in Trivandrum. Ordered takeaway from Zam Zam Restaurant in Trivandrum, and it was an absolute delight! The food was packed neatly and stayed fresh and flavorful even after the ride home. Their Masala Shawaya is a must-try – perfectly spiced, juicy, and incredibly tasty. You can really tell they use quality ingredients and care about the flavor.
