I visited Ajwa Biriyani today, a place often considered one of the top biriyani spots in Trivandrum, and it truly lived up to the hype. The ambience was pleasant and inviting, and the service was excellent. I ordered the chicken biriyani, which was flavourful and satisfying. The portion was generous, and the chicken was tender and perfectly cooked. The biriyani was mildly with masala, so if you prefer a more masala flavour, it’s better to mention it while ordering. The side achar was distinctive and tasty. Unlike many places, raita is not served here; instead, they provide a cup of fresh salad. The pricing felt reasonable for the quality and quantity offered. Parking can be a bit challenging, especially during peak hours. Overall, it was a great dining experience and definitely worth a visit.
