This restaurant is not to be called a restaurant. It’s shi*. First of all, the place was not clean; all tables are dusty. We ordered at 5:55 pm and after that they served us our order at 7:05pm that had only 5 burgers to be made. Shakes they made when we asked them to make and they started making at 6:45pm. Despite repeated requests to make it on time as our University gates close at 7pm they did not serve us. The woman who took our order was not at all accountable and she kept on saying 5 mins 5 mins. But they did start making burgers at 6:45pm. I asked to call the manager and they said in Tamil language to give some other number to us, bcz they thought I don’t know Tamil. No one should ever go to this place and if Zomato Staff or the restaurant’s manager is reading this, I want them to give us a refund for what we ordered and wasted our 1 hour, and then also had to face the scolding from the guards. I want an answer BurgerMan? Is this what you guys do? And also above all the whole restaurant was EMPTY, there was no other order only. Delivery orders were given before us and we were waiting there. Is this how you treat your customers. Hope we get a reply soon.
