Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. Unfortunately, the staff is unprofessional as a number of guests mention. Disappointing service is something that visitors would like to improve here. Lunch box got negative comments because of the disgusting atmosphere. This place has been rated below average by Google.

Absolutely delicious paneer biryani! Perfect flavor, soft paneer, and amazing aroma. One bowl and I was in love. Best paneer biryani I’ve ever had! Pure magic by Chef Ramya. I have ordered the food through IRCTC App during my travel and I have opted the veg section and ordered chole and chappathi . And they delivered on time . I have seen many reviews over Google that they didn't deliver the food. So am also bit confused but they delivered on time and even the delivery agent he is so helpful and friendly and placed the order on time . The food was well packed same like the name a lunch box feel . The curry was little bit salty in the taste but when it goes with chappathi it was okay and they charged 364 for 2 boxes and one box contains 4 chapathis and the chapathis are not ready to cook one it's whole grain chapati which tasted good and I recommend this if you were travelling and ordering food via IRCTC.
