The food was worst i have ever had, the cocacola was in warm condition and the pizza was rubbery and cold . Even after reporting i got only a refund of ₹140 for a ₹600 order want a poor service

This was the first and last time i am ordering oven story pizza. completely pathetic order experience. Just for the sake of getting orders false timings are being shown in the zomato app. please mention the correct delivery timings. instead of 30 mins have the guts and some spine and write that it will take 50-60 mins. its your duty to meet and exceed the customer expectations. stop playing blame game. either change your system or get ready to lose your customers.
