I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Burger Lounge outlet in Trivandrum. The food was not just subpar—it was outright bad. I ordered a club sandwich, and not only did it lack the taste and quality I’ve come to expect from other Burger Lounge branches, but it also resulted in me falling ill with diarrhea later that day. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety standards at this outlet. To make matters worse, the staff here are shockingly unprofessional. When I politely inquired why the usual complimentary sides like French fries and mayonnaise—clearly shown in the menu photo and consistently served at other outlets—were missing, I was met with silence and a hostile glare, as if I’d asked for something absurd. No explanation, no apology—just cold indifference. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially when compared to the much more courteous and efficient staff at the Kazhakootam branch. I’ve been a loyal customer of Burger Lounge across various cities in Kerala for years, but this experience makes me question the consistency and integrity of the brand. I strongly recommend avoiding this particular outlet until they take serious steps to improve both their food quality and customer service.
