The food was good but the service was utterly pathetic. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 juice took almost 45 mins for the burgers after eating we asked for the juice and waited another 10 mins then only they started to make the juices. Waiting time of 1 hr and ended up getting just 2 burgers was such a waste of time. Communication from the service side was really poor. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Very disappointing experience at Burger Lounge Pattom I ordered a burger, and the staff asked me to wait 30–45 minutes, which is unreasonable for a single burger. The restaurant was not even busy—there were hardly around 10 customers—so such a long delay makes no sense. On top of that, the staff behavior was quite rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. Overall, a very poor experience. Definitely not what you expect when visiting a place like this. Would not recommend.
