I recently ordered a chicken club sandwich online from The Muffin House. The chicken did not taste or feel like chicken. It was more like eating an old broom. Please take care of what you send out to customers. Quality and taste are what sets one outlet apart from a hundred others. Lose sight of that goal, and you are just another outlet. Food: 1

I visited this outlet on 4th February 2026 around 4 PM to buy some snacks, despite having heard several negative reviews earlier. Unfortunately, my experience matched those concerns. I purchased two doughnuts, a chicken roll, and some samosas. The doughnuts were extremely dry. The samosas also seemed like they had been refrigerated to prevent spoilage, as they were very dry and tasted as though they had been made quite a while ago rather than being fresh. Overall, the food quality was disappointing, especially considering the price charged. The customer service made the experience worse. The staff appeared more focused on chatting among themselves than attending to customers, and my order was misread multiple times. The cashier was also rude and seemed irritated; I had to ask twice just to receive the bill. Basic courtesy and attentiveness were lacking. I could have overlooked some quality issues if the pricing reflected it, but for what I paid, I expect at least decent food, freshness, hygiene, and professional service. Very bad experience today. The servixe was bad and inefficient staff. The burger was just ok, but the sweets were not upto the mark. The staffs were not efficient to handle order in a timely and efficient way. Food: 1 Service: 1
