my order was delayed near 40min , after that I called the restaurant but they did not apologise . not a single sorry to the customer. They also told me there was some issue, but they didn't call me, I called them after that they replied. packing also too bad.

Burger King, Acropolis Mall, Kolkata- this is the only burger king outlet who are not capable to manage orders. They have delayed orders multiple times and once required order to be cancelled as well. Reasons- incorrect item in bag, missing item from bag, order handed over to other delivery executive and not knowing they have made the mistake and no attempt to correct that and the assigned delivery executive was kept waiting for 1 hour to pick the order, eventually requiring to cancel the order. Any number of feedback or responses are not helpful for this outlet and they also never receive calls.
