Behaviour of staff (manager Sunny) is very rude and improper. I have order food and asked for water he simply deny that they don’t have glass and water service and i can get from outside after few second someone else ask for water and another staff gave him. Strange but true . Serving water is a general etiquette and good deed. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I recently placed an online order (#201) for delivery to M3M Marina, Sector 68, Gurgaon. After completing the payment, I waited for 30 minutes, only to be informed that my order had been cancelled due to a system error. The staff at the store seemed unaware of what had happened. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since my kids were really looking forward to their meal and were left hungry. It's disappointing that there was no follow-up or resolution, and my experience left a lot to be desired. I hope Burger King addresses this issue to avoid similar situations in the future.
