Rassi jal gayi par bal nahi gaya. Cafe Delhi Heights is over, folks. They charged me 300 Rs. more for half the food of the same dish compared to 2 years ago. I only ordered it because it used to fill me up and make me happy. Now I'm leaving with a lighter pocket, hungry and a bitter taste in my mouth.
