Hopeless.. I ordered from zomato... The order was containing a combo..in which lemonate was there Order was delivered by zomato man When I opened it...I found no lemonate inside the order bag.. To my shock ..I called burger singh customer care as no local aligarh restaurant contact number was available... And to my surprise..the great customer care executive said...to call zomato customer care As it's not there fault....that they missed placing lemonate inside.. What a nonsense... Is it mistake of zomato delivery boy...how would he check order in a sealed carry bag of restaurant... What is the fun of taking service taxes by restaurant When they r so careless while packing the order.. Hopeless chain.... Would never order again from here.. So issrespensive customer care service.. Rather than looking into such a small matter... They r shifting blame to delivery man.... Hopeless Service: 1
