Extremely disappointing experience at Third Wave Coffee. The Masala Egg Bun was excessively spicy with no indication on the menu about spice levels. It was served drowning in dull red super spicy sauce, dripping and visually unappealing. The egg tikki further increased the spice level with excessive jalapeños in it, Basic menu transparency and presentation standards were clearly lacking. The Peri Peri Fries were soggy, greasy, and unevenly coated. When I raised the issue, the staff replaced them with a chocolate croissant — which was equally substandard. The topping and filling tasted like a thin, artificial chocolate syrup rather than a proper chocolate filling. Service made the experience worse. The staff was rarely at the counter, and I had to repeatedly call out ‘excuse me’ just to get attention. What was meant to be a simple 10 AM breakfast ended up ruining the entire café experience. It is now 6 PM, and I still feel unwell and genuinely disgusted by the quality if food served. Poor food quality, poor service, and no accountability. I went to the Third Wave Coffee today and had a very bad experience . The staff at the counter had very robotic expressions and absolutely lacked cheerful expressions. It seems they have been forced to work there . The staff member named Anurag speaks very loudly and shouts while speaking to other Baristas and servers . The staff did not seem concerned about the well being of the customers at all . I ordered Cafe Latte which was also not properly made . However last time I had pizza which was properly made . The atmosphere was really bad . One guy was attending an online meeting with the full volume up without any headphones. I could not concentrate and did not have a good experience at all . I had topped up my card on Third Wave app with 1000 rupees which added 100 extra rupees to my account. This is a good option on their app which I definitely appreciate. However now I regret adding extra money to my wallet . It seems nobody from the Third Wave Coffee visits and guides the staff about how to act professionally in the presence of customers .
