Azad didn’t just make coffee. He listened to it. He spoke about beans like they were old friends — telling stories of Ethiopian hillsides, Colombian rainstorms, and tiny family farms in Sumatra. His hands moved with ritualistic precision: a splash, a swirl, a patient bloom of hot water. Every cup he served tasted like a quiet rebellion against rushed mornings and burnt diner brews. I really loved the mocha chocolate chip frappe. It was actually exactly like my expectations, good consistency, great amount of sweet and portion size. I had a blast sipping and I really appreciate the work done by manish. He’s a great person, super polite and mannered. Highly recommend him. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
