I was a big fan of wow chicken and always considered it over kfc and others But Today In this outlet on 13th Nov. ‘25, when I had the same, I was reallly shocked. The food was completely pale stinky and seems it did not meet any standard. The meat was rotten inside the crust. The staffs did not even care much to heat the already prepared wings and burger buns also properly. Completely Shocked by the quality of this chain that too on a low busy day on Thursday. It seems they are very inconsistent on the food, staff behaviour etc.. I will say completely avoid and protect your health. Attached an image of a stale rotten chicken as well they served.
