I had a very bad experience in placing order .. there was a confusion while placing order on our own option and ppl on counter didnt help change order..very rude and disappointing

Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service at Burger King – Inorbit Mall Vashi (Order No. 1031 & 1032) Dear Burger King Team, I am writing to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience we had at your outlet in Inorbit Mall, Vashi. We had placed online orders on 27/08/2025 (Order No. 1031 & 1032). Unfortunately, the staff behavior at the counter was extremely rude towards customers. In addition to that, the Coca-Cola served had an excessive amount of ice, which affected the quality of the drink. When we requested ketchup at the counter, the staff member (a female employee) not only refused to provide it but also started arguing with customers in an unprofessional manner. Such behavior creates a very negative impression and is not expected from a reputed brand like Burger King. We request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not occur again. Looking forward to your response.
