We daily go to r&b for having pastry and other stuff but the executive are very rude and arrogant. Some times they ignore customer which is not correct. Today also they did the same thing " we asked for another spoon but they said we don't have stock" we order 3 pastry and by mistaken one spoon fell so we needed another spoon but they were so rude. Is ribbons and balloons such a small cake shop that they don't have stock of spoon? Have decided to not visit r&b and won't recommend to anyone else Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Pastries, Choco Crunch Donut
