Extremely disappointing service. I visited the branch on 4th oct evening 6pm. Suraj was extremely inefficient. I ordered 1 coffee and 1 chicken sandwich. They made the coffee in 5 mins but took 30 mins to make the sandwich. Had to visit the counter 4 times to remind them. Absolutely not the service you expect after paying a premium price. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The employees were quite rude and unprofessional during my visit. They didn’t seem interested in helping customers and their behavior made me feel very unwelcome. I expected much better service from such a reputed brand.
