To hear that they tasted pathetic, smelled like medicine, and lacked any true flavor, thickness, or milk quality is extremely concerning and not at all reflective of our standards. We understand exactly why you feel your money was wasted, and we sincerely apologize for failing you so badly on this order.We take your feedback very seriously, especially your suspicion that the shakes were watered down.
