Food was really good. I had a Tandoori platter and a Chinese platter, both were very good. The ambience was also good. They should work on the staircase at the entrance , it was slippery due to rain . They should hire someone to manage parking. I rarely dine in at Harilal's, typically preferring to order their delicious food through Zomato. Unfortunately, my first in-restaurant experience was disappointing. When I arrived around 1 PM, nearly everything on the menu was unavailable except for chole bhature, which ruined my mood. The service was extremely slow, with long waits for both ordering and food delivery. Most concerning was that they didn't offer water for 10-15 minutes after seating. In summer especially, water should be the first thing served—a basic hospitality practice I'd extend to guests in my own home. For a business in the hospitality industry, this seems like a fundamental training oversight. On a positive note, the food quality was excellent as usual.
