Service quality is declining. Samosas sell elsewhere for ₹12-13, but here at ₹16 still acceptable for cleanliness, proper taste, and warmth. But the issue is that they are unable to fulfil that; three purchases yielded stale ones, sour filling despite warm exterior, and cold stale with sour filling. I'm never purchasing any samosas from here. This place is only good for fresh jalebis and packed goods (though overpriced). At last, please either remove samosas from your menu completely or fix the issues. Discard old fillings, and PLEASE STOP SERVING COLD ONES (it is just impossible that the packer didn't know what he was packing was completely cold). Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Never expected that this branch of harilal did not follow the proper etiquette for hygiene. I fould plastic in the samosa I purchased as you can see in the picture.
