Bomba - Pizzeria & Taqueria is a hidden gem! The location is perfect, with hassle-free parking, and as soon as you step in, the vibe is just amazing—it really sets the mood. We started with the charred corn tacos, which were flavorful and fresh. Then, we went for the half-and-half pizza (The GOAT & The Calabrian)—thin crust and packed with flavor. Finally, we rounded it off with The Wild One, a veg Neapolitan pizza. To complement the meal, I had a mocha with a double shot of espresso. The food was truly spot-on—wholesome and satisfying. That said, I did notice something about the pizza base: there’s this faint gas smell that comes from using a gas-operated clay oven. I’ve noticed this at another pizzeria too, so it’s something worth pointing out. I mentioned it to the staff, but they didn’t seem to agree—probably because they’re accustomed to it. Overall, though, the meal was fantastic, and the ambiance was top-notch. I just hope they consider addressing this issue to make the experience even better!
