Can't even express how pathetic it was, dirty tables and floor, spilled wine was there and nobody seemed to care about it and keep it clean, was stinking so bad, can't imagine such a place is tunning inside a good huge mall, only good point about it was food was served on time that's all. I visited The Big Chill, Saket with my family on New Year’s, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we entered, we loved the atmosphere and vibe of the place. The décor is very cozy, classy, and welcoming, making it perfect for a family outing as well as special occasions. It instantly gives you a feel-good mood. Coming to the food — it was absolutely delicious and top-notch. We ordered lasagna, pasta, ravioli, drinks, and a few other items, and honestly, everything tasted amazing. Each dish was rich in flavor, well cooked, and beautifully served. You can really feel the quality and effort in every bite. If someone is visiting Delhi, I truly believe The Big Chill is a must-visit place to enjoy authentic and tasty cuisines. The service was equally impressive. The staff was very polite, friendly, and always smiling. We were attended to quickly and did not have to wait much for our food. The staff kept checking on us from time to time to make sure everything was fine and if we needed anything else. This kind of attentive service really adds to the overall experience. Overall, the experience at The Big Chill was excellent. The food, service, décor, and vibe all come together perfectly.
