Absolutely APPALLING STAFF and service. Imagine being a vegetarian, asking for a vegetarian dish, and being served CHICKEN. With NO apology from the staff that served this.The manager apologized and replaced the vegetarian baked penne, with a ravioli that had so much salt, you could be hospitalized.Then they offered a ginger fizz on the house so we could "feel better" and then charged us in the bill for it.Please do NOT visit this Big Chill outlet. Save your HEALTH, time, money, effort.Big chill has definitely degraded, and there is absolutely NO way that I'm visiting again.Disgusting.Pathetic.Unapologetic.
